Where does Nano deliver?
Nano operates city by city. Set your address in the app and you will see exactly which restaurants, shops and courier services are live at that location.
How much does delivery cost?
The fee depends on the service, the distance and your basket total. Every fee is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm, and the total you see is the total you pay.
Which payment methods are supported?
Card payments are processed through certified providers, and cash is available where the partner supports it. Nano never stores your full card number.
How does Nano handle my personal data?
Only the data needed to run your order is collected, location is used only while a feature requires it, and sign-in credentials are kept in protected device storage. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I get help with an order?
Open the order and tap Help to reach support in the app, or email us. Support is available at every stage, including after delivery.
