What is Nano?
Nano — also known as Nano Zone, after its website nano-zone.com — is a delivery and shopping app from Nano Technologies, based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. One account covers five services: Nano Eats for restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and flowers; Nano Fresh for local markets; Nano Store for shopping; Nano Express for sending parcels across the city; and Nano Celebrate for celebration setups. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web, in English and Arabic.
Where does Nano deliver?
Nano operates city by city. Set your address in the app and you will see exactly which restaurants, shops and courier services are live at that location.
How much does delivery cost?
The fee depends on the service, the distance and your basket total. Every fee is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm, and the total you see is the total you pay.
Which payment methods are supported?
Pay in cash when your order arrives, or with a Nano Card or a one-time Nano voucher — scan its QR code or enter its number at checkout. The methods available for your order are listed before you confirm.
Can I tip my courier?
Yes. Choose a tip at checkout for food, shopping and Nano Fresh orders. It is added to your order total and goes to the courier in full.
How does Nano handle my personal data?
Only the data needed to run your order is collected, location is used only while a feature requires it, and sign-in credentials are kept in protected device storage. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I get help with an order?
Open the order and tap Help to reach support in the app, or email us. Support is available at every stage, including after delivery.
