Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies keep you signed in, remember your preferences and help us understand how the service is used. This page explains which ones we use and how to control them.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and mobile SDK identifiers — perform comparable functions in the apps. This policy covers all of them.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the service to function: keeping you signed in, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, remembering your basket, routing traffic and balancing load. These cannot be switched off through our banner, because without them the service does not work.
Preferences
Remember your language, currency, light or dark appearance, and your last selected delivery location, so you do not set them again on every visit.
Analytics
Help us understand which pages are used, where people abandon a flow and which errors occur, so we can fix them. Analytics data is aggregated and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Marketing
Used only where you consent, to measure whether a campaign led to an installation or an order and to avoid showing you the same message repeatedly.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by providers acting for us — hosting and content delivery, maps and routing, analytics and crash reporting, and payment processing. They may only process the data on our instructions, for the purposes described here.
4. How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last from a few days up to twelve months, depending on their purpose; authentication cookies are refreshed on use and expire when you sign out.
5. Your choices
- Accept or reject non-essential categories from the cookie banner, and change your mind at any time by clearing site data and revisiting.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
- In the apps, reset or limit advertising identifiers through your iOS or Android privacy settings.
