User Agreement and Licence

1. Licence to use the applications

Nano Technologies grants you a free, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Nano applications on devices you control, for personal, non-commercial use, in the countries where Nano operates. The applications are licensed, not sold.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the applications;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
• rent, lease, sublicense or resell access;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices;
• use automated means to access the service, or interfere with its normal operation.

The applications may update automatically. Some features require a minimum operating-system version, and older versions may stop working.

2. Account and verification

Accounts are created with a phone number and confirmed with a one-time code. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Where a service requires identity or business verification — couriers, sellers and business accounts — access depends on that verification being completed and remaining valid.

3. Service-specific rules

Nano Eats and Nano Market

Food and grocery items are prepared or picked by the partner. Allergen and ingredient information comes from the partner; if you have an allergy, confirm with the partner before ordering. Weighted items are charged at the final weighed price and the difference against the estimate is settled automatically.

Nano Store

Products are sold by independent sellers whose legal details appear on the product page and in your receipt. Warranty and return handling is set out in the Refunds and Returns policy.

Nano Express

You are the sender and remain responsible for the contents and the legality of what you send. Handover to the courier is confirmed with a six-digit pickup code, and delivery is confirmed at the drop-off. Compensation for loss or damage is limited to the amount stated in the app at the time of booking, unless a higher declared value was accepted before pickup.

The following may not be sent:

• cash, securities and bank cards;
• weapons, ammunition and explosives;
• narcotics and prescription medicines without lawful authorisation;
• hazardous, flammable, corrosive or radioactive materials;
• live animals and human remains;
• goods requiring controlled temperature or special handling;
• anything whose transport is prohibited by applicable law.

Nano Celebrate

A celebration booking becomes binding when a planner confirms the date, the vendors and the final price. Changes to guest count, date or scope are possible up to the deadline stated in your booking and may change the price. Cancellation terms and any deposit are shown before you confirm.

4. Ratings and content you submit

Reviews, photos and notes you submit must be your own, accurate and free of unlawful, offensive or personal content about third parties. You grant Nano a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in connection with the service. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Nano available continuously, but maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it. Availability is not guaranteed and features may vary by city.

6. Termination of the licence

The licence ends when you delete your account or when we terminate access under the Terms of Service. On termination you must stop using the applications and remove them from your devices.
